What type of information do you collect?

 

1-We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other was through cookies. We use software tools (Google analytics) to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.  See cookie policy via pop up or on the bottom of each page.

 

2-Through Etsy on our shop page-we also collect personal information such as name, address and email, and sometimes comments and feedback on products.  This information is stored on Etsy and only used by myself to contact the buyer regarding their purchase and for delivering their purchase.  This information is only known by myself for the period of time it takes to fulfil your order.  It is not stored anywhere else or used in another capacity.  See Etsy policy also.

 

 

How do you collect information?

When you conduct a transaction on our website (through Etsy), as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only and kept on the Etsy website and used by myself. 

If you contact us through the website, your question/email will be directed to studiopinnock@yahoo.co.uk email address.  This is only accessed by me and used only by me to respond to your contact.  It is never shared or copied or stored anywhere else. 

 

 

Why do you collect such personal information?

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

1.To provide and operate the Services;

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All payments for my shop on my Wix site are taken through Etsy

 

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
